We offer free shipping on orders above 2000 AED. Standard shipping charge is 60 AED on orders below 2000 AED
• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the UAE.
• Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days.
• Countries Delivered To: Currently, we deliver within the UAE only.
We accept payment through credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED 50 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel your order after the item has shipped, shipping charges will apply, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated. Refunds will only be provided through bank transfer; for cash payments, the customer must provide bank details.
Return or Exchange of the Product
If products are damaged in transit, exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days from submission of the complaint. No returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery unless the item is faulty. For damaged goods, please email info@chambergyld.ae with an image or video of the item.
