These terms and conditions govern your use of the products and services offered by Chambergyld FZ-LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, chambergyld.ae, and other platforms. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
All prices are in AED and are subject to change without notice. The total price payable for an order includes the product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@chambergyld.ae.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is approved and processed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless there is a defect in the product.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by you at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you
Standard processing time is 2 to 3 business days, and delivery within the UAE typically takes 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.
We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and local artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Chamber Gyld has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products and services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
